I have over 14 years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Agent/Broker working within the Greater Sacramento area as well as the San Francisco Bay Area. I specialize in both property buying and selling services. With access to all the current MLS property listings, I can help make your real estate dream a reality. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, I was a Senior Executive in High Tech companies in the San Francisco Bay area for 30+ years. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $475K in Folsom, CA.

My wife and I recently bought our 2nd home with Jim's help. We are picky, indecisive buyers but not once did we ever feel pressure from him to buy something. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and easy to get along with. He walks you through the process of buying a home step by step and does everything he can to reduce the stress of the experience. He is a true professional focused on providing excellent service.

Jim is very responsive to questions and is always looking to provide an answer. Another bonus is that Jim is great with kids - I have a 2 and 5 year old. It got to the point where my five year old was bummed that we weren't going to look at houses and hang out with "mister Jim". Even after we bought our home in Folsom, he checks in to see how our remodel is going, offers to meet with our contractors and will even make sure our front door is locked!

Finding a good "fit" is important in my opinion so perhaps a different type of agent better suits your needs, but I highly recommend Jim. I think he is great choice to help with the process or at the very least should be on your short list of potential agents.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Citrus Heights, CA.

I was given a recommendation to call Jim after a less-than-stellar experience with another realtor. So I called Jim and told him my relatively challenging/abnormal purchasing situation (that I am buying a vacation home in Sacramento area and would unable to come view the homes in person) and he assured me this would not be an issue - and it wasn't.

I felt so comfortable having Jim there as my eyes and ears that I literally had no stress about this purchase at all. With the knowledge he brings to the table regarding selling trends, details of home repairs and renovations, and not to mention the technical aspects of managing multiple offers and counter-offers, I did not have any worries that I had found the perfect realtor to help me through this potentially difficult purchase.

Jim always returned my calls promptly and gave me all the necessary information, and often found answers to questions that he anticipated I would have without me even asking. I was extremely impressed with his depth of knowledge as a skilled buying agent, fellow home owner and personal confidant through the process. His demeanor was always pleasant and I truly felt at ease because he is clearly capable to perform in all areas of real estate.

I never once second-guessed Jim's judgment, from virtual (FaceTime) showings to offers to closing, he was a first-class real estate agent and I would whole-heartedly endorse him to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Folsom, CA.

Jim helped me and my wife by a house back in 2011 and he was extremely helpful and efficient. We ended up having some unforseen problems with the plumbing in the home and I called him early mornings and late nights sometimes to ask questions about what we should do as we were first time home buyers (clueless). He was always gracious enough to extend his knowledge and experience and we are very thankful to have worked with him in our first home purchase. I'd recommend Jim to anybody and should we decide to sell/buy again I'll most certainly be giving him a call.  More Less
