My husband and I were first time home buyers and very much new to the whole home buying process. We stumbled upon James Saffell and immediately felt like we were in good hands. Even though we were not familiar with the process we felt as if James went above and beyond customer service. He was very precise with what was going to happen in the process and easy to get in contact with. He gave us his work number and cell phone number so we could contact him at anytime. He is also great with responding to emails as soon as possible and the response was always within 24 hours. James not only kept us up to date with pending documents but he also forwarded the information to our lender and underwriter. The home buying process was very stressful, however, I felt as if James made the process bearable. In fact, if it were not for his great customer service and his passion we may not have closed and begun our new journey in our wonderful home. Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
It's simple! If you're looking to buy a house...whether your buying your 1st home or your 14th home....James Saffell is the Real Estate Agent you need! My husband and I have very busy schedules and he showed us a home one morning at 7a.m. because that's what time we could see it! After searching we finally found our dream home .....but there were lots of offers on the house we wanted! oh no! James made sure we got the house of our dreams. I truly believe that if we didn't have James our family would have lost that house! On the day we finally closed he made a Welcome Home Sign for us on our new home! He also ordered us pizza for my entire family on moving day! If you asked me to describe James....I would have to say "James is patient...not pushy...He's very knowledgeable but not arrogant....he also returns your phone call quickly:-) " Choosing the right agent is important and if your wondering....who do we choose ?
