Bought a home in 2008.
My wife and I were first time home buyers when we chose James to become our agent. We wanted to find a house inside the loop, near the Heights, and he couldn’t have made our expedition any smoother. He was able to answer any of our numerous questions, and he also guided us by showing us the things to look for (both positive and negative) in the home buying experience.
Unfortunately for James, we took up three of his weekends looking for the right house, but we all persevered, and my wife and I have been very happy with our final choice. We now live two blocks from Memorial Park, one of the true jewels of Houston. I would recommend Brockway Realty to anyone.
