Bought a home in 2011.
Jim was referred via a coworker when I was unhappy with my previous agent. He listened to my requirements as well as my "wish list" and helped me from start to finish, making the process as easy as possible. Jim helped us to find a builder that was able to build a home the way we wanted it. After showing us multiple used homes and talking to a couple different builders we were introduced to the builder we are building our house with today. Jim is very good at giving us all the options and details we needed to make an educated decision on what workd best for my family and I. Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Florence, KY.
Jim has been wonderful two work with. I have had two dealings with Jim. The first time he was able to help us sell our condo during a very difficult economic time and in a very saturated market. We had two previous realtors that was unable to sell the unit. Jim was the ultimate professional and was always available to answer questions and make recommmendations.
