James was wonderful to work with. He responded in a timely manner, was always eager to show us homes no matter the lcation or price! Best of all he never pushed past or budget point unless asked of us or we made the decision to go above our price point.

James was always responsive, a real professional, and absolutely great to work with. He was masterful in his ability to work through all obstacles(purchasing a bank-owned property), always representing our interests well. We feel incredibly fortunate to have hired him!

Bought a home in 2013.
James Ruffolo is very knowledgeable and experienced at what he does. Prior to meeting him, hubby and I were working with another agent who was not able to meet our expectations and deliver what we asked for. After reading great reviews on James, we decided to give him a call and thank god that we did. James was able find us properties that interested us and he was able to show us on very short notice. He is very quick to respond and he goes above and beyond to work in his clients favor. We ran into several roadblocks and James was there every step of the way to help us through any way that he could. We were able to close on a new construction home and are so happy with his services. My husband wanted a garage door opener which this home did not include. James was kind enough to offer to have one installed for us on him. I have nothing but good things to say about James as a professional but also as a person. He is very patient, personable and knowledgeable at what he does. Go with James Ruffolo and you won't be disappointed!

Showed home in 2012 in Tampa, FL.
James is very efficient, hard-working, honest, and friendly when we tried to find an investment property in Tampa area from Canada. He took over 50 pictures for us to view the property and won't miss any detail. Whenever we need help or information, he is always there for us. We highly recommend James Ruffolo.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Brandon, FL.
James was our third (and final) agent and I am so glad I came across him on Zillow. Immediately I loved that he was very quick to respond no matter the time that I e mailed, he was also very thorough in answering every question I had. We worked great together in that I was very picky with my searches, but whenever I sent a house to James he got all of the information on the home then scheduled our appointments the next day. We had a tough time finding a home and an even rougher time closing, but James remained positive throughout and in the end (28 houses later) he was the one that found our new home!

James was amazing in assisting us with the purchase of our first home. He was very knowledgeable about the in's and out's of the process. He was always available to answer any questions and to provide reassurance with any concerns we were having. James was in constant contact with us, the seller, and our chosen lender. He found time with a busy work schedule and personal life to let us tour our future home several thousand times. James put forth the greatest effort to ensure that we would have the home of our dreams! I can not thank him enough. I would recommend him to any friend, co-worker, or family member. James was a real pleasure to work with. He is open, honest, and upfront. He is willing to help in any way possible. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. James listens to his customers as to what they are looking for in a home - size, location, style, price.....and brings a listing of available properties for you to review and then takes you on a personal tour of any and all that you desire. He is knowledgable and eager to help you fulfill your dreams. He also guided my granddaughter through her first home buying experience successfully.

Very personable and worked very hard and diligently showing is houses. Was available all the time by phone and of on a rare occasion he wasn't available he would immediately call me back. Hr wax very familiar with all areas.

Bought a home in 2009.
James helped us negotiate and navigate through the purchase of a short sale. The process was a long and complicated one but he kept us informed every step of the way. Anytime we had a question, he was quick to respond. Anytime an issue or problem arose, he immediately came to us with a solution. We never felt out of the loop even though it took almost 6 months to finally close the deal. He did all the hard work dealing with the banks, seller, etc. It was a pleasure to work with him and we would definitely work with him again!
