I really appreciated the way he balanced my best interests, not being pushy, and a fair/balanced way of negotiating. He was able to show me sales comps for each property we looked at to help me decide if the price was fair. As a first time homebuyer, I wanted to feel as though I had looked at every option, and James spent the time to make this possible without any complaints. When it came time to put an offer on my new house, he was invaluable in helping me through the documentation process and making sure I was properly protected in the Agreement of Sale.

It was a pleasure working with James between August and November of this year. He spent time initially talking with me about what I was looking for --- not only from a price point but also location in Center City and the 'must haves' in a house. Right away he got me signed up for the automatic listings, and as I saw places and/or he did, we began to compile a list for my time with him. He was always accommodating with my schedule, and he was terrific in getting us into all of the houses that we wanted to see. He was knowledgeable about locations and condition of homes. And, most of all, he was so easy to be with. We would walk from location to location, and although we mainly discussed finding 'the' house, he has such an easy manner, that it was delightful spending time with him.
