We had a very aggresive time line in order to find our new home. James was always accessible and his knowledge of the Scottsdale AZ area is impressive. He listened to our "must haves" and made sure that the houses he showed us were in line with them.

He has a great knowledge of the Arcadia area and was a teriffic resource for us. He handled the negotiation masterfully and we were thrilled with the price we paid on our house. James was very responsive to every call and question. On the rare occasions we didn't reach him live, he would call us back usually within 2 hours.
