We selected Jamie after interviewing a couple of other agents. She was able to set a new building record for our condo complex with a 1 BR sale in late 2013, so we decided to talk to her about what her approach would be for the sale of our 2 BR/2BA unit. We were coming onto market in late 2014 which traditionally is a slower time for sales in San Francisco. Needless to say, the SF market was going bonkers during the summer, and we weren't sure if that momentum would continue into the back half of 2014. Because of her approach, knowledge of our building and neighborhood, and her constant communication we were able to secure a tremendous offer - all cash, no contingencies, no inspections and a 15-day close. This was only possible due to her attentiveness and her constant communication with the buyers agent in setting realistic expectations as to what would get the deal done. We cannot recommend Jamie enough. She will be our first call in the future when it comes time to sell again...

Bought a home in 2012 in South of Market, San Francisco, CA 94107.

i recently purchased a loft in the SOMA area of SF and Jamie was my realtor. We identified the perfect unit and acted quickly to have my offer accepted. There were two other offers on the unit - one of which was for the same price as my offer. Jamie "sold" my offer and we entered in to contract.

This is when things got complicated. The first appraisal came back far lower than the contract value and we had to get several extensions. The back up offer was still interested in moving forward and Jamie was able to convince the seller (several times) to extend contingencies and stick with me as the buyer. In time, we closed on the property.

Without Jamie's help and expertise I can say without a doubt I would not be living in my new home. I will definitely use her as my realtor in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the SF area.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $1.05M in Nob Hill, San Francisco, CA.

Jamie helped us buy our first home. She did a fantastic job. Looking back, we are amazed at how closely the property we found matched our needs and desires. Jamie brought a lot of experience to the table and was instrumental in getting us to close quickly and at a great price. With her deep knowledge of the San Francisco market, she produced spot-on comparisons that helped us immensely during the negotiation phase. Once the offer was accepted, she worked with us to drive the process to conclusion in record time (25 days, with financing).
