Jamie took the time to understand what we were looking for to ensure he showed us properties that were a good fit and didn't waste each other's time. He asked good questions about what we did at the lake and how we enjoyed the lake. The property should contribute to the whole experience. Thanks Jamie.

My overall experience with Jamie was more than I could ever ask for. I had found a home a really wanted to purchase for my daughter and I, and with Jamie's help, hard work and dedication we were able to make it all possible. Even when I thought that things were maybe not going to happen because of some hiccups with the loan process, Jamie was always a positive voice of reassurance to talk to. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

Jamie was the first real estate person we talked to when looking for our new house at the Lake. He was very knowledgeable about the entire lake area, and was very helpful in letting us know the pros and cons of the different properties we were looking at.

When we finally decided on our house, Jamie was very helpful in helping line up inspections, and actually put us in touch with the owner of a neighboring property in order to facilitate easier access to our property. Please note that Jamie got nothing out of this work, he was just doing it to be helpful to us, as we already had the contract on our property.

All in all, Jamie went FAR, FAR above our expectations (and honestly, our previous experiences with realtors), and above what would normally be considered as the realtor's job.

We HIGHLY recommend Jamie, and will tell everyone we meet about what a wonderful job he did for us. You can't go wrong working with Jamie while looking for your new house in the Lake area!

I have been a client of Mr. Estes for several years now and I have been exceptionally satisfied with the degree of service that he has provided. Mr. Estes was originally referred to me by my father, who utilized his services for a number of years, until his passing. Mr. Estes has performed admirably in his duties and has always looked out for my best interests. His diligence in locating renters is unprecedented and he has always found quality renters in an extremely short period of time. On a number of occasions, Mr. Estes has gone well above the expectation of what is mandatory and has gone the extra mile to provide services that were never required. Most recently, Mr. Estes searched long and hard to find a good rental property for me to use as an investment. His hard work is a testament to itself. Overall, I am glad to have chosen Mr. Estes to manage my rental properties and I intent to utilize his service of the foreseeable future. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that it considering rental investments in this area.
