Jane, is hands down the best!

Prior to finding Jane, I had worked with 4 different agents over a 2yr period, with no success. Most of them want you to do all the work...find the property, and then they will show it to you.

With Jane, we met, she understood what I was looking for immediately, she found all the properties, showed them to me, and within a month I had an accepted offer!

She also recomended a Loan Officer at a local bank, who was able to get me a better rate, and lower closing costs than I could find on my own, which is amazing, when you consider I work in the mortgage department at a large bank. Even with my employee rate discount and reduced closing costs...the rate I got through Jane was 0.50% lower.

We had the pleasure of working with Jane on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home earlier this year. We were trying to sell in an area that had been hit particularly hard by the downturn in the housing market for the past several years (we also tried to sell in 2010, unsuccessfully). In the search for a realtor, I came across Jane’s website and her Zillow reviews. Jane was prompt to contact me after my initial e-mail inquiry and we quickly set up an appointment to meet. I just had a gut feeling about Jane that turned out to be right. We greatly appreciated Jane’s candor when it came to the reality of our situation and how she could help get our home sold. We have 2 small children and did not want to go through the listing process again unless we felt like we had a shot at really selling. With Jane’s help we were able to work out the best possible scenario on our old home and get it sold much quicker than we could have imagined. She was then able to help us negotiate and secure our dream home. This was not an easy process given that our desired geographic area was a hot market and homes were going into contract quickly. Jane was patient, meeting us on multiple occasions on short notice, all hours of the day, kids in tow, and was always happy to be there with us. I could go on and on about Jane and how highly we regard her expertise, professionalism and to top it off she was fun to work with! We wouldn’t consider using anyone else for our real estate needs!
