When it comes to buying or selling real estate, Janet DePalma is a true professional in every sense of the word. Whether you're looking to purchase a home or sell your home, there is no one in the area more qualified than Janet. Back in 2009, I was fortunate enough to have her represent me on both sides of the business. My Mom had recently passed away and I needed to put her Cambridge Heights townhome on the market as well as find something smaller in the area for me to live in. Needless to say it was an emotional time for me, but the expertise and the personalized attention I received from Janet and her highly competent staff made the entire process seamless. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Nutley, NJ.Summary:
Janet is the most knowledgeable agent in the Nutley area. Because she is a long time Nutley resident she knows the town and is concerned about its upkeep. Janet was the agent for two of our neighbors homes that were sold. One home was directly across the street and was sold due to the owners retirement and relocation to Florida. The other home was right next door and was sold by the children due to their parents death.Both owners were very pleased with her knowledge and prompt sales and all the little extras she had done for them. .
We are very indebted to her for the great new neighbors she brought into our area. We have lived in our home for 54 years and are very close with our neighbors. The new people she has brought in have become our new friends and their kids are like grand children to us.
