Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Hillcrest, Little Rock, AR.
Janet did a great job helping us sell our house and buy a new one. She not only made excellent suggestions on how to prepare our house so that it would show to its best advantage, she actually came in and moved furntiture herself. It looked fabulous! When things got stressful, she calmed us down. When we got frustrated, she encouraged us. She is very good at what she does.

Janet has been incredibly patient showing me and my husband numerous houses over the years. We are very picky and she has a great feel for the kinds of houses we like and don't. She always knows when a new house pops up that might be a good fit for us and let's us know promptly. I am confident she will be able to sell my house when we are ready to buy. I recommend her often.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Walnut Valley, Little Rock, AR.
Janet helped us find our house 4 years ago. She was very knowledgeable of the whole house buying process. She went above and beyond to help us. She is an excellent real estate agent! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Little Rock area.
She also helped our daughter and son-in-law buy their house last year and helped our son find a knowledgable agent when he bought his home in another town.

Janet is extremely knowlegeable of the Little Rock area, personable, and trustworthy. My husband and I can always count on her to respond quickly to our showing requests, and to give us accurate information.
