Sold a home in 2011.
We used Janice to assist us both in buying a home in McKinney and the subsequent sale of our home in Plano. We had a definite plan to first acquire a new home, then move over a period of a few months while getting the old residence ready for sale and then list it. We did not have a set time frame or urgency to accomplish this. Janice listened and understood our plan and requirements, brought to our attention only properties that fit our criteria and worked at our pace. The plan and process worked and was completed in about one year, six months of which was due to my slowness is getting the Plano home ready for market. When I finally did, the sale was closed in about two months. I have bought and sold seven homes over many years, but Janice's advice through the process concerning buying a foreclosure and how to get the old home ready for sale was very valuable. If the need were to arise again, Janice would be my choice.

Janice is a sincere, knowledgeable, and excellent realtor! She went above and beyond to understand our needs and work towards our best interest. Her knowledge of the area and our needs allowed her to select possible houses to view that resulted in us purchasing the 4th house we viewed on our first night out! We have been in our home over a year and couldn't be happier with our experience with Janice and our home!

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Coppell, TX.
My husband and I found Janice when we bought our first home and right away when I met her, I knew we were in good hands. She has a very motherly aurora about her....as if we were here baby cubs and she would do anything to help us! We enlisted her also when we sold the house she helped us buy and then she found us our 2nd home. We will continue to use Janice as our realtor for every home we sell or buy. She is very professional, yet also so warm and genuine. She has a way of making you feel like you're her #1 priority. Her patience never runs thin. She must have showed me 30+ homes and she just kept looking when things weren't working and never tired of working for me. When we bought both of our houses, she was so gracious to pay for some things that needed to be fixed that the seller would not take care of. I've never heard of a realtor that does stuff like that. She truly cares about her clients - both professionally and personally. She is the best!!

I have bought 4 houses with Janice and sold 5 and would obviously use her for ALL my real estate needs. She was even able to sell one house in a down market in 37 days.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Mc Kinney, TX.
Janice was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing a new home. I had previously sold my home (in only five days at Christmas, no less) and was pressed to find a new home in a new city that I could close on and move within about six weeks. She was amazing... She had identified several homes in my target area that met my specifications and on the second or third day, we found "the ONE!" She helped me identify an appropriate offer and worked closely with me and the title company to close ON TIME!

We interviewed several different realtors and were delighted to find Janice. She has the heart of a teacher and a proven track record of selling lots of houses. Janice provided a few helpful hints on what to do to get our house ready for sale. She did her research and recommended a price point we felt comfortable with, and within 4 days we had an offer!
When it came time to purchase our next house Janice helped negotiate a great deal. We were so pleased when they accepted our offer, which was well below the asking price. Janice's research and knowledge of the area helped save us so much money. We love our new home, and know we got a great deal because of Janice.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Mc Kinney, TX.
Well, I could do it in a single word... AMAZING. We started looking at houses over three years ago when my husband and I started talking retirement. We new were were looking way to far in advance to actually buy but Janice was so great to just hang in there with us and show us things we wanted to see even knowing we were just trying to get a feel for what we wanted. Over those three years she got to know us, our children, and grand-children along with our many wants, needs, likes and dis-likes. She really developed a sense of what we wanted in a new home and we formed a bond of trust and friendship. Well, we finally fell in love with just the right house and Janice was still there wanlking us through the process. Since we were doing so many of the things from 300 + miles a way she was key to making it all work and pulling all the right people together at the right times so we had a hassle free purchase. I know that she will continue to support us and look forward to many more years of friendship and support from Jan. If you are looking for a realtor who puts her clients needs first... you will find that in Janice!!!
I would recommend Janice to anyone and look forward to working with her again in the future.
