Found a tenant for a home.
Jared is terrific to work with! He's professional, dedicated, and responsive. He's quickly found me great tenants, and now that he's added property management services, he's taken a load off my shoulders & I feel better knowing that my property is in good hands.

Found a tenant for a Condo home in Wharton/Hawthorne/Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.
My wife & I have a beautiful newly renovated single family townhouse in South Philadelphia. It is seemingly over priced as a rental in that neighborhood. My wife & I tried to rent it for several months with no luck & a lot of headaches. We tried a local agent that also was not able to find a tenant.
A relative that worked for an agency with Jared, introduced us to him. We signed a contract with him & the following week he had 2 prospective tenants interested! Thanks to Jared, we did not have to lose another month's rent. Every year since then, we've hired him to re-rent the home ... each & every year, he's come through with quality tenants & no down time on the rental property! He's also increased the rent every year for us! He's very professional, with a very large network and an all around good guy.
My wife & I have recomended him to very satisfied friends in the past and will continue to recomend him.
