Found a tenant for a home.

Summary:

Jared Gruber was able to find me a tenant for my apartment very quickly during the worst time of year for landlords to fill a vacancy. He came highly recommended from a friend. I met him once and felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing by his knowledge of the location and neighborhood. He didn't have time to get a new sign made up and put on the building before he had already found the new tenant. Gwen, in his office is the nicest person to work with and was able to take fantastic pictures of the apartment with her specialized camera and lenses.

Found a tenant for a Condo home in Wharton/Hawthorne/Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.

Summary:

My wife & I have a beautiful newly renovated single family townhouse in South Philadelphia. It is seemingly over priced as a rental in that neighborhood. My wife & I tried to rent it for several months with no luck & a lot of headaches. We tried a local agent that also was not able to find a tenant. A relative that worked for an agency with Jared, introduced us to him. We signed a contract with him & the following week he had 2 prospective tenants interested! Thanks to Jared, we did not have to lose another month's rent. Every year since then, we've hired him to re-rent the home ... each & every year, he's come through with quality tenants & no down time on the rental property! He's also increased the rent every year for us! He's very professional, with a very large network and an all around good guy.
