I suggested to a good friend that perhaps my son would buy her house since she was moving to Hawaii. She liked the idea and we began exploring how to do the deal. I quickly realized that I didn't want to spend the time or deal with the stress of all the details involved in buying a house. I work with a great woman who said that her husband was a Realtor and could help. Luckily her husband was Jaryd and he did an awesome job of getting the deal closed within a month. I wanted no hassles with this deal and Jaryd made it happen. Any concerns I had were handled by Jaryd immediately. Jaryd was a great contact for my son who was a first time buyer and guided him through the process from inspection to loan approval to closing. Jaryd is friendly, trustworthy and very professional. 09/18/2012 - angeliki1Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in East Colfax, Denver, CO.
I had never met Jaryd before I listed my property with him. I live in LA and my investment property is in Denver. He stayed in communication with me for a year before I was ready to listed it and the time was right for the property to be listed. In Denver you got to list a house at the most opportune time according to weather conditions. Jaryd was fantastic. He was always on the other side of the phone whenever I needed him.
He advised me on repairs that needed to happen. He assisted in staging the house. It looked amazing. He checked on my contractor, since I was out of town. He even would water the newly planted flowers after we landscaped. The property did not have proper sprinklers. I was able to track every potential buyer who visited my property on line and also read their comments. That was great. I appreciated his advice and he suggested export vendors who were very reasonably priced. He was fast and impeccable in every transaction. My property is sold and I am happy! Jaryd Takushi's professional career began in civil engineering where he consulted on projects for state, municipal and private clients. Many of his projects were related to auto, light rail, aviation, bicycle, and pedestrian transportation. As he began to create a real estate investment portfolio for himself, Jaryd realized he enjoyed the real estate business more than engineering, and the career switch was made.
Since joining the New Perspective Real Estate team in 2007, he's worked with dozens of engineers and non-engineers alike throughout many Denver neighborhoods, including Stapleton. Last year, Jaryd sold 2 new homes and 4 resale homes in Stapleton, and 5 of those were buyers utilizing the government tax credit program.
Jaryd is well educated on the transit oriented development plans for Stapleton, and knowing that the commuter rail would eventually run through the community, he invested in a home at Stapleton in 2005.
