Jaryd Takushi's professional career began in civil engineering where he consulted on projects for state, municipal and private clients. Many of his projects were related to auto, light rail, aviation, bicycle, and pedestrian transportation. As he began to create a real estate investment portfolio for himself, Jaryd realized he enjoyed the real estate business more than engineering, and the career switch was made.
Since joining the New Perspective Real Estate team in 2007, he's worked with dozens of engineers and non-engineers alike throughout many Denver neighborhoods, including Stapleton.
Jaryd is well educated on the transit oriented development plans for Stapleton, and knowing that the commuter rail would eventually run through the community, he invested in a home at Stapleton in 2005. Although he has witnessed a slowdown in the Denver real estate market, Jaryd believes that Stapleton is well positioned to capture those buyers who are either relocating to Denver or are wanting the luxury and convenience of living next to the new East corridor commuter rail line from downtown Denver to DIA. He has bought a second home in Northfield, Conservatory Green of Stapleton.
These amenities are just a few attractions that draw buyers to Stapleton. As a Stapleton homeowner, Jaryd feels that Stapleton's location and outdoor lifestyle is a great fit for just about anyone. And many of Jaryd's buyers are taking advantage of New Perspective's full services. NPRE will help clients sell their home, find that perfect home in Stapleton, and can assist with rental property searches in Stapleton for their clients to rent while they wait for their new home to be built.
Jaryd is passionate about helping others realize the great benefits of the walkable and sustainable transit oriented uses that are in Denver's Urban Market.
