Jasmine Team was excellent especially Angie Noel who processed my refinance from beginning to closing. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the entire process. Lowest rates and fees of any mortgage company were an added bonus. I contacted Jasmine the day before I was to close with Quicken Loans and she quoted me a rate 1/2 percent lower and also saved me $2,000 in closing costs.…More Less

Closed refinance loan. Hammond, Atlanta, GA 30328Summary:
I refinanced my home and received excellent service from Silverton Mortgage. The good faith estimate, low interest rate, and frugal fees only added to the value provide by Silverton. I received a few “wow” comments from friends about the extremely low rate and fees. The mortgage application was prefilled out with easy “checkbox” marks indicating where additional information was required. The whole process was completed within the one month’s time period. Both Jasmine and Angie (loan assistant) helped make the process very painless. I even had a choice of multiple closing attorneys, and it so happened there was one right near my office at lunch.
If I had to offer one suggestion, I would recommend Silverton offer customers a “Fedex” option for document delivery. I had to hand deliver loan documents and borrow a friend’s fax machine. I would have been willing to pay a $40-50 fee for opportunity to use prepaid mailers.…More Less
