Closed refinance loan. Simpsonville, SC

Summary:

Jasmine & her team were absolutely fantastic,

I was at my wits end with my current home loan and trying to get a refi. I have great credit and an impeccable payment history, but b&m banks were charging an arm & leg in refi fees, and of course my original lender (Chase) was charging the most. Go figure: They were perfectly happy to have me paying an inflated rate -- I wasn't a deadbeat. I was dependable income.

Jasmine came through with a tremendous rate quote and a very competitive fee. I chose to agree to a slightly higher interest rate for even lower fees, but I would recommend against this for most people if you can afford the closing costs.

My math was simple: refinance my home to the point my payment was lower than the income I'd receive on it as a rental.

This was where Jasmine beat everyone else: The market had dropped to the point that the money I had in the house wasn't enough to qualify me for a loan without mortgage insurance. Jasmine's mortgage insurance was half as much per month as the next lowest lender.

Once I decided to go with her, the process itself was pretty painless. The closing took a little longer than I would have liked -- I think it ended up being delayed a week or two, but the rate lock was honored. I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone with no reservations.

As always: Shop around, ask lots of questions and be sure you are comfortable with your lender.

Closed purchase loan. Denver, NC

Summary:

We had to close escrow early and the other lender we had picked first could not make it on time due to their appraisal, so we switch to Jasmine and it went very smooth and on time, everything as promissed. She made the process a lot less stressful.
