We met Jason about six years ago, at an open house, and while the journey became longer than we had anticipated and took a different shape overall, he kept in touch with us and won us over. We were excited to finally give him our business. Even when we did begin looking, we were not going to be in a great position to compete financially (we'd heard horror stories about bidding wars on the Hill). We were relying on Jason to steer us well, and then maybe with some luck we'd find a place we could be happy with. Remarkably quickly, a place came available in the right area, in the right price range, that needed just enough work to keep the wolves at bay. On our first look, we weren't thrilled with it. Jason gently encouraged us to have a second look, and on the second pass we came to the conclusion that it was really what we had hoped for all along. We did have to compete for it, but Jason delivered the win, and we didn't blow our budget. Jason was proactive in giving us straight talk about the property and about the process throughout, and we couldn't be any happier with the end result.
