Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Oskaloosa, IA.

Jason was an excellent Realtor. I thought he handled this transaction professionally and with integrity. The most important aspect of working with Jason was his ability to filter out homes that were over-priced based on Comps and market conditions. I worked with a number of other Realtors that simply did not take a Quantitative approach or only performed comps on properties they appeared to be pushing. He was also very attentive and available for viewing or discussing homes and strategies. I have recommended him to a couple other people based on the fact that Jason does not push you to buy any particular home. He truly does not appear to care what home you buy as long as you purchase the home that meets your needs, timeline, and budget. I would recommend him to a buyer that requires quantitative analysis, prefers a straight shooter, and is willing to pull the trigger.  More Less
