Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Roslindale, Boston, MA.
My broker, Jason Gell of Boston Luxury Properties , was outstanding. I made contact before I moved to Boston and set up a time to view houses. He showed me several places and once I put an offer in on one, Jason worked very hard to ensure we closed. The closing process took about three months, and Jason was committed the entire way and was instrumental in overcoming serval obstacles and keeping all parties on track. Couldn't be happier with the home I purchased and it wouldn't have happened with out Jason. Highly recommended.

Jason help me find a good deal on a bank owned condo in the South End and then was very diligent in working an uncooperative bank broker to finalize the transaction at a good price with a further discount for delays from their side.
Later after I took a position oversees, Jason was extremely helpful in renting out my condo and taking care of all the details for managing it.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in South End, Boston, MA.
Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. As a first time home buyer, Jason was patient and clear in explaining the home buying process and showed me many properties that I was interested in. At the end of the day, Jason knew my preferences better than myself. He was able to find a property in an area that I did not earlier consider, but fit my circumstances very well, thus leading me to close on it. I highly recommend this agent.

Jason helped me buy a condo in Boston recently. I worked with two agents before didn’t even lead to an offer.
Jason is very familiar with housing and rental market in many areas of Boston, past and present. After knowing my needs, he took time on showing, and explaining where and what I should focus, and condo purchasing process.
I feel very lucky to have him. Highly recommend.

Helped me rent a home.
I wanted to purchase an apartment when I first contacted Jason. After an intense search for two days,we wasn't able to find the proper property to purchase. Anyhow, it was expected. Jason went ahead and helped me find a great apartment to rent.
I have an eight year old boy. Jason made sure the apartment is really close to the school. He even went ahead and cashed the coupon I printed online. We saved several hundreds through his help.
I really enjoyed working with Jason. He is responsive, considerate, and up front. Interesting, I chose to work with him after reading other's comments. Thanks, other reviewers. I am here to submit my 2 points. Hope to be helpful for others.

Bought a home in 1981.
Jason recently helped me purchase a condo. Between his depth of knowledge about the city of Boston and about the Boston Real Estate market and his professional, hard-working and honest manner, he is singlehandedly the best real estate agent I have EVER worked with (and I have worked with many!)
