Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Canton, Baltimore, MD.
Jamie took care of us as if we were her only listing. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie. She is above reproach.
Jamie also has a good team who works right along with her. Either Jamie or one of her team member's responded to our questions immediately.
She set up several open houses which generated lots of activity. She recommended that we change some things in the house prior to putting the house up for sale. She also recommended contractors to assist us. She was extremely knowledgeable of our area and knew exactly what buyers were looking for.
She calmed our nerves when the inspector came up with 32 pages of "needed to be fixed". Out of the 32 pages from the inspector, Jamie was right in that we only needed to address structural issues, with the approval of the buyer. All in all it was a smooth process only because of having a realtor and her staff who really care about the people who they serve.
Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Canton, Baltimore, MD.
We were new to the area and searched for a local realtor on zillow.
Jamie was rated highly and we thought we would give her a call.
We were very impressed with her profesionalism and interest in our needs.
We found the right condo at the right price, in the right area!
Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Fells Point, Baltimore, MD.
I am a first time home buyer and though we haven't closed, the date is nearing. Jamie was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process and very supportive in teaching me not only what to look for in houses, but the process and what to expect. I would recommend her to any buyer, but especially if this is your first time, she will walk you through the whole thing (with the requisite knowledge to do so).
Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Washington Hill, Baltimore, MD.
I was a first-time buyer, and Jamie was very helpful in educating me about the process and catering to my schedule (which was quite tight). She listened to the things that were most important to me. I bought a row-home in Baltimore with her help, and 18 months later have no regrets. I would recommend her highly.
Jamie is an extraordinary professional. She has guided us in the whole process of purchasing an apartment in Baltimore City, starting with the selection of the right neighborhood for us, to zeroing on certain streets and buildings, to making an offer for a unit, negotiating with seller - all the way to closing. She is extremely responsive, attentiive to details, on top of everything, and good in neogtiating a workable deal. I would strongly recommend Jamie if you are looking for a professional real estate broker that will deliver results.
Sold a Townhouse home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Canton, Baltimore, MD.
Jamie is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was my buyer's agent in 2004 when I bought my house (she came highly reccommended to me by my good friend), and I used her again as my seller's agent to sell the same house last year.
Literally no complaints in working with Jamie, and many people know me to be a fairly tough person to please! I sold my property in Baltimore while I resided in NJ. Jamie worked with me to manage several home improvements with very responsible contractors that did great work quickly at very reasonable prices.
My house sold in a very acceptable time frame and at an acceptable price. My only regret is that I no longer live in the Baltimore area to work with Jamie again!
I have worked with other realtors in my life, and I'm not exaggerating when I say the Jamie is by far the best.
Jamie was aboslutely wonderful, when my wife and I started looking for a house in 2008 not knowing what we were looking for or what we could afford. Jamie and her mother Janet both made everything very easy she was very patient with us throughout the whole process. We had purchased a short sale home which was not easy, they made sure to follow up with us every day, when something went wrong the short sale they were quick to get it fixed and make everything right. My wife and I greatly appreciate there efforts to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted for the correct price range. I will 100% be calling when we are ready to move i wouldnt think about using anyone else, I couldnt be happier
Jamie recently helped me buy my first home in Baltimore City and did a phenomenal job of making the process organized, understandable, and painless. She is very knowledgeable about both the area and the purchase process. Jamie was able to negotiate for a better price than I had hoped for, had clear answers for my many questions, and kept everyone involved in the sale organized and on schedule through closing. I am thrilled with my new house and very appreciative for all of Jamie's help and hard work.
Sold a Townhouse home in 2004 for approximately $250K in Federal Hill, Baltimore, MD.
Jamie Walker is an outstanding realtor. I have used her as my realtor in multiple instances. She possesses expertise when it comes to the Baltimore real estate market. She is also tremendously responsive and has superb organization skills. Even in a market where there is tremendous amount of activity, Jamie finds a way to make her client feel like her or she is the most important client. I will continue to use Jamie Walker as my realtor in the Baltimore market and highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.
