Showed home in 2014.

We contacted Jay when interested in a particular home, which led to a few negotiations and looking at alternative properties. He had an excellent sense for what we were looking for and for properties not listed by his agency, was very familiar with what the properties had to offer prior to our visit. Jay is realistic and presents both the positives and negatives but above all is genuinely interested in ensuring his clients are satisfied! We have found the perfect home and are currently working with Jay to finalize the purchace AND sell our current home!  More Less

Sold a home in 2014.

After a horrible experience with a local agent, we really wanted someone reliable who we could trust to sell our condo in New Haven. I feel like we got just the person. Jay and his team were very professional and helpful in the entire process of listing and selling. They were very responsive to our needs and were very understanding of the fact that we were living in New York City and had tenants in the unit. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2014 in East Haven, CT.

I used Jay to list an investment property and although I was initially impressed, his follow through was inconsistent and he did not adequately promote the property. He was 45 minutes late for one of the only scheduled walk throughs and generally seemed too busy to give the listing the attention it deserved. I would not recommend him as a listing agent.  More Less

Unfortunately on this property I was a victim of my own exuberance & infectious positive attitude. I believed that I could successfully market & sell this property. It became very apparent that there were many obstacles to this hopeful outcome, not limited to condition, location and obviously price. I always aim to please & I hope that my 70+ positive reviews from happy clients across the 56 zips that I represent on Zillow would be a testament of that. In regards to marketing, it was on every major national & local realty website & mobile apps (30+). It was also marketed in local papers for open houses. Since this properties registration on Zillow it has been viewed in total 5919 times since 2008. 2461 (41%) of those views happened while listed with me, any professional agent would agree that this is great exposure for a listing. I was 45 minutes late for a showing due to backed up traffic on the I 95, but I made sure my counterpart for the buyer was in attendance.
