Very nice, knowledgable, and accommodating. Very prompt with returning calls. Pointed out details such as the lot lines and cracks that might be a problem for the foundation. He explained what things were outdated such as the electricity or furnaces. Even recommended a good building inspector who showed us the fault in the foundation which led to the determining factor in not purchasing the home.

Jay was very knowledgable in the home he showed me. He explain many things including: foundation procedures, pointed out newer updated areas of the house like flooring and the walls, went through the exterior of the house and explained the lot lines and walked out the footage with me, looked for damage interor and exterior around teh house to determine worth, explained about the furnace and which brands are the good brands and ones that are recalls/outdated, helped explain teh next steps along the way in getting someone to apraise the house and how there are ways to have certian things like painting, get done before moving in without me paying for it. He even offered ideas about how to remodel older areas of the home. He was very nice and helpful as I am a first time buyer.

My husband and I purchased a home four years ago with the help of Jay. As we were first-time homebuyers we had little knowledge of what were were doing. We actually ended up buying a short sale house. Unknown to us, short sales are very difficult sales and you never know what is going on. Jay was very informative on letting us know what the bank was doing as well as being in constant contact with the seller's agent. When we did actually get the house and have it inspected he recommended an inspector for us. He also was very patient and kind as to our needs.
I would definitely work with Jay again and highly recommend him. In fact, my husband and I would love to sell our house in the not too distant future and we will definitely be using Jay as our relator.
