I have worked with Michael for several months now, and we have made several offers in the Riverside county area. Although we have not closed a property yet, I strongly recommend Michael and his effort, diligence, and sincerity. I have worked with many agents, and Michael is by far the best I have worked with. <br/><br/>I am looking for a home in Riverside with financing in the lower priced range. With the current market conditions, it's hard to win a bid on a home with financing, and even harder to find an agent who is willing to put enough forth effort to assist you through the process, since the commission is low. A lot of agents immediately lose interest when they realize that you not looking for a high priced property and they aren't getting a big cut from it. <br/><br/>I first met Michael through a video walkthrough of a property he posted on Youtube. It was very informative, and featured detailed explanation of what's inside as well as his assessment of the property as he walked though it. It's almost as if you're right there. I later requested another property, which he promptly recorded another youtube video for me to view. Afterwards, each property that I expressed interest in, I received a video without even having to make a request. I'm sure it takes a good chunk of time for 2 people to videotape and explain a walkthrough of the property in detail, for every property the client requests. Needless to say, I was very impressed.<br/><br/>When making an offer, Michael informs you of items to be aware of, as well as market comparisons of the property of interest. He also utilizes technology very well - I was able to view the analysis, make bids and sign electronically. This is is a big plus for me, as I work long hours and rely on the agent to provide me information and documents quickly. Michael is also knowledgeable, and provided me with helpful information when making a decision on whether to bid for a property. All of his suggestions have been spot on. He is also very responsive - I got replies back within a few hours, except when we dealt with a few headaches and could not get answers (more below).<br/><br/>We dealt with some difficult sellers, i.e. one who never responded back to us , and another whose agent never submitted our offer to the property owner. In both cases Michael gave me regular updates, and attempted to reach the owner directly when we got no response from the seller. In the latter case, he filed a formal complaint due to the unethical practices of the agent. He did this even though there was nothing to gain other than this being the right thing to do. This, for me, separated Michael from all the other agents I've worked with. He is a true professional and cares about getting the property closed as much as I do, and it wasn't because of monetary gain, it's simply because he is doing the right thing<br/><br/>Michael's top-notch service, his attention to detail and knowledge of the market, and most importantly, integrity and honestly, is something that all agents should emulate, but few actually practice. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a property - this is an agent you can trust and know that you will be well taken care of.
