Suzie Coleman (a realtor that work's for Jason's real estate firm) was the one that actually handle my purchasing of my house. She's efficient, responsive, and easy to work with. She worked easily within my price range and negotiated so I was able to get even a better deal. I recommend her and Jason's firm all the time.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Statesville, NC.

My realtor was not actually Jason, but a member of his firm. I was very disappointed. I had used Benham Realty to purchase my first hose and was overwhelming happy with the service i received. So, when my husband and i were ready to upgrade our house, we decided to use them again. WHAT A MISTAKE! The realto that we were sent was very nice but not good at keeping us informed. My husband and I ultimately found the listing for the house we purchased, and our realtor simply contacted the seller's agent for us to view. After the offer was accepted, it went down hill with the communication. The week before our original closing date, our realto informed us that the seller wanted to push up the date to the end of the current week. I told him to work it out with my lender. By Wednesday, i was having trouble getting him to return my calls or e-mails. On the morning of my closing, i still did not know if the closing was going to happen or if we had to go with our original closing date. I tried calling my realtor and got no answer. I ultimately had to call the attorney's office to find out what was going on. I got information back from the attorney before i got it from my realtor. Like i said earlier, i thought he was very nice and i think he tried to do his best, but i think he was a little out of his depth as a buyer's agent.
