Joe Dahleen was an amazing resource. He obtained a great, low-rate product for us during a very dynamic lending environment. He moved very quickly and obtained our loan commitment and appraisal within a few days of starting the process. I would definitley recomend Mr. Dahleen to friends and family.

Great Lender. The Mortgage broker I worked with was very honest and up front about all the fees and process. Too bad that I could not close with this Lender due to origination fees. I got a deal without any origination fees to had to go that route. But if did not have the choice of a direct lender then I will go with this one with my eyes closed.
