Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Anacortes, WA.
When our realtor of many years retired, we were referred to Jean Groesbeck. We were told that she was a straight shooter, knew the markets inside and out and would do the best possible job for us selling our home. We were not disappointed! Now, Jean has not only sold our home, she has become a friend in the truest sense.

We sold our house in Seattle and used Jean Groesbeck as our realtor. She helped us through the entire process from staging to the final closing. We listened to all her suggestions and it sure paid off. She is an expert in staging and our house was absolutely beautiful by the time she was done with it. We had three offers the first day it was on the market. Selling a home can be a stressful event. This was not the first time we had sold a home but it was the first time we had used Jean. We felt so comfortable, taken care of and looked out for every step of the way. We will always use Jean Groesbeck when buying or selling a home. We highly recommend her.

We had this house listed with another agent without any feedback at all. Then we tried Jean Groesbeck. She made several suggestions that cost less than $100. The house got a full price offer in one day!

This is the second time that we have contracted with Jean and both times were an extreme pleasure. As you may know, realestate transactions can be "trying" at best and Jean was always positive, always helpful and not afraid to give us wise counsel...while still respecting our opinions and wishes. We sold our cherished home June 21, 2012, with the excellent assistance of Jean Groesbeck. We had purchased this same home in 2006 when Jean represented the Seller. We were so impressed and satisfied with her representation of the home as Buyers, that we immediately thought of her when we were ready to sell our home this year. Jean knows the Community well, and is highly regarded professionally and personally. Jean has served us beyond our expectations in every aspect of selling our home in this challenging market! . Sold a home in 2001.
We thank Jean again for her incredibly hard work and due diligence as well as her attention to every detail during the process of selling our home. From start to finish, Jean and her staff were absolutely "professional" on every count. We so appreciated that she listened to our needs and also considered the needs of a future buyer. Selling a home and property and all the incumbent details of that process can be daunting...she made that process "seamless" for us and we are so grateful to her and her team at Coldwell Banker.

Sold a home in 2011.
Jean not only sold our home during bad economic times, she and her staff completed a complicated sale and purchase involving four homes and four different clients, all depending on the sale and purchase of the other homes. We admire her determination, her intelligent negotiation, her communication with her clients, and her pleasant personality.
