Bought a home in 2013.
I hope words can convey how amazing Jeana is at what she does. She listened to our wants and needs in a new home and spent countless hours actively showing us homes. She did research about the home and surrounding area and ALWAYS came prepared with every bit of possible information. She was never pushy and actually pointed things out, both positive and negative, that we may have missed. (ie. if a home was on a busy road, but may been quiet bc seeing on a Sunday). She never gave up on us and seriously showed us homes for over 1 year until we found the perfect one. I always knew how amazing she was but now after having to use a different realtor to sell our home, I can't tell you how exceptional she is at her job. I will refer her to every person I know and hope you have the opportunity to work with a true star.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Dumont, NJ.
My husband found Jeana through an internet search and it is probably the most useful thing he has done thus far! We were first time home buyers and pretty much knew nothing about the process of buying a home. We had also heard horror stories about realtors and/or the buying process. Jeana, who I have nicked named Saint Jeana, was beyond wonderful. We were never pressured into buying something out of our comfort/price zone. She was always honest. She always worked with our schedule the best she could. She always answered a message. She is vastly experienced and really made sure we got the best place in our price range and we did! She surrounds herself with good and respectable people as well and this helps immensely in the buying process. I would 110% recommend Ms. Cowie.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Montvale, NJ.
You are in excellent hands with Jeana. We relocated from Florida to New Jersey and we were under a tight time frame to move into the area. Not only was Jeana sensitive to our current situation, she was professional, organized and knowlegeable in all aspects of Real Estate. We could not of ask for a better experience and would highly recommend Jeana to anyone who is looking to move into the Bergen County area!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475K in River Edge, NJ.
After interviewing a number of realtors, Jeana was our choice to sell our house. She exceeded our expectations in just about every way and proved her worth a number of times especially when the lawyers got ahold of things and almost sunk the deal. Jeana worked hard to keep everything going smoothly between buyer and seller. Jeana was always concerned with doing what was in our best interest with an eye towards being fair to all involved. Most impressive to us was that we received multiple offers within the first couple of days the house was on the market. Jeana's work and advice was a key part of why we were able to sell our house so quickly for a price that exceeded our expectations. We feel that we made the best decision in choosing Jeana and would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Jeana is an extremely efficient and knowledgeable professional. She understand the market, is honest and very responsive. I used her services multiple times to sell and buy a house and her guidance and help made the process so much easier. She is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her services.

We were referred to Jeana by a family. They had used Jeana when buying a home and were very happy with their experience.
Jeana was so warm and comfortable to talk to from the moment we met her. She clearly knew a lot about the area, and was able to offer helpful advice as we embarked on the daunting task of finding the perfect home for us. Each time we were with Jeana, we felt that we had all of her attention, and that she heard and understood our wishes for our dream home.
Jeana was extremely professional in her interactions with us and the homeowners and realtors that we encountered. In fact, some of the other realtors that we encountered while visiting homes only made us respect Jeana's professionalism even more. We were thrilled with our experience. As with most home buying experiences, we experienced some tricky situations, but Jeana helped us through all of it.
We are so thankful for Jeana and all that she did for us, and would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family.

Bought a home in 2011.
My wife and I are in the process of moving to the NYC area. After much thought and consideration, we finally decided on Hackensack in Bergen County. The only thing we had yet to determine is if we wanted to rent or own a property. After investigating the real estate agent reviews on this site (Zillow), my wife and I decided to contact the three agent we thought were the best. The same email was written and sent to all three agents at the same time. One never responded. One delegated us to her assistant. Jeana responded to us quickly and personally. We received multiple email with information specific to the questions we had asked. In the end, we decided that renting would be the better option for our family. If things change in the future, you can be sure that we will be contacting Jeana.

We couldn't have asked for a more competent agent in Jeana Cowie. She kept us informed every step of the way. Buying and selling your house is not an easy business, and you really need a professional who knows exactly what to do. Jeana helped us to prepare our home for sale, listed it at a competative price, and sold it the very first day for full asking price. Our family's situation required a very specific type of home. Jeana helped us find the perfect house in a very short period of time, and then went out of her way to guide us throught what was a very stressful bidding war. She then went above and beyond for our family by appealing to the owner of the property as to why her home would be such a good fit for us. Needless to say, we got the house, couldn't be happier, and Jeana is welcome in our home anytime! We would recommend her to anyone! :) :) :) *****!!!!!
