Jeanne Whipple is originally from Greenville, SC but has lived in Philadelphia since 1996, the year she migrated north to attend the University of the Arts. Ultimately she graduated from the School of the Art institute of Chicago with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. While living in Chicago she realized that Philadelphia has everything a modern urbanite could want in a city: moderate weather, low real estate taxes, good food, an easy airport and proximity to all things East Coast. She referrers to her Philadelphia return as the "Goldilocks Move".

Jeanne's fine art background lead her to a career in illustration which naturally progressed to advertising, marketing and finally sales. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2002. Jeanne is a registered Realtor member with the National Association, Pennsylvania Association, and our local board the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors where she is currently chair of GPAR's Ethics and Grievance Committee. She also has an Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR) and is a Certified Relocation Specialist for Cendant Mobility and USAA clients throughout the world.

One of Jeanne's proudest moments in real estate was receiving the Kitty Jurciukonis Memorial Award. She is also recognized as Diamond Society, Sterling Society and President's Circle, all Coldwell Banker achievements in sales volume. More important than any award or designation is the satisfaction she feels at every closing when her clients have achieved their goals and will continue to enjoy and benefit from their real estate investments. She takes great pride in receiving referrals from her past clients and continues to make repeat business her number one priority.
