Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Evanston, WY.

Jeannie was very helpful in the purchase of the home we bought our daughter. She answered all our questions and those she wasn't sure about she looked into to find the answers. We would highly recommend Jeannie to any consumer who is interested in buying a home.

Showed home in 2013 in Evanston, WY.

I felt that the agent did not really care about the rentals that she showed me. They were extremely outdated and one of them even had big holes punched in the wall. She did not make any comment on whether the necessary repairs would be done to that home. She was quite rude to me via email and in person, telling me that I should have told her I wanted to see a different rental home when we were out the day before looking at homes. She also told me that I wouldn't like a certain home because it was outdated and she has shown it several times to other people with no luck. I highly doubt she gets paid commission for renting any places, that is definitely the vibe that she was giving off, like I was a big inconvenience to her. I will not be working with her anymore on my search for a rental home.

Rebecca, I am sorry you felt that way. I showed you what we had available in the price you wanted to look at on Saturday which I know it isn't much but all I had to work with. I don't work on Sunday's without previous appointments. You should of looked at more of the rentals available at a little higher price if you felt you didn't like what I showed you. The house you wanted to look at I didn't have a key until Monday which I told you in an email. I really give the best care to my clients I'm sorry you didn't feel like you were getting the best care.
