Hi...I live and work in La Jolla. there are 140 homes for sale in La Jolla. It's the lowest inventory I've ever seen. There are some short sales and foreclosures, however they are limited. If you are looking for a condo, the prices begin around $600k...for a single family residence, the prices begin at $850k.Feel free to call me at any time...and I can share with you a list of available properties..Best of luck...Happy Holidays.Jeannie[deleted by Zillow moderator. Under $1 million? Depending on your square footage requirements or if you need a single family home versus a condo...yes. YOu can get in to La Jolla for under $1M. I have an open house this weekend on Eads for $875k. 2 blocks to the beach and 2 bedroom. Negotiable. But, if you're patient, there are short sales that occasionally come up.Best of luck[deleted by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy for posting guidelines]
Simply price it competitive to your competition in the area. Great photos, lots of exposure both within the community (brokerage) and online. Priced too high and you sell others in the area, priced too low, and you leave money on the table. Get it priced just right and you could have multiple offers. Not sure what part of the country you are in, but in San Diego, there are more buyers than product.Best of luck[Email deleted by Zillow moderator. Most banks do not want to modify the loan, however, there are alternatives, especially if you qualify for a short sale. there is a way to return your credit score back to its original status, in addition to the ability to purchase another property without waiting 5-7 years until your credit score is restored. I use a short sale judicial expungement. It's very successful, and takes about 120 days for the removal of the debt. If you are interested in seeing if you qualify for this short sale expungement, please feel free to contact me.[deleted by Zillow moderator.
