As a buyer or seller in the Carlsbad real estate market, and especially if you are relocating to the Carlsbad (North San Diego County) area, I suspect you want to know "what's in this for me", and NOT all about my education, credentials, and awards.

I have been through 10 personal home purchases and sales so I know what it's like, and understand the issues you will struggle with buying a new home or selling your current one.
