Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Mid City, Los Angeles, CA.
Jeff is the best realtor I've ever had. Granted this is my first time as a home buyer but my husband and I will definitely be back for seconds. We found him here on Zillow and couldn't be happier with how our home buying experience turned out.
Jeff has the exact formula for what you need and want in an agent. His friendly yet ferocious manner that has gotten my husband and I a great deal on a house we love! He is approachable, down to earth and insanely professional. He got the right people moving when they needed to be, making us feel like we were safe in the Jeff's hands. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the process of the search to down to the final signature. He's done everything from answer questions put to him by his crazed clients at 10 pm on a Sunday to driving us all over Los Angeles to find us a house that fit our needs. He was on a mission for us and it felt nice to know there was someone looking out for you as a first-timer. As someone coming into this situation mostly blind to all the intricacies of purchasing a house, he made me feel well looked after and secure about each document we signed. He is a great sounding board for his knowledge of the various neighborhoods, structures, landscaping, remodels and reaching even farther down the line with resale options. Not to mention his little black book of contractors who will come out to give you an estimate in a snap.
Working with Jeff has been more than a delight. I would recommend Jeff, as I have already to friends, to anyone who may be an expert or a little bit out of their depth because either way Jeff brings a special something to the home-buying process.More Less

I dont want to gush about Jeff, as he's not a friend asking me to do this,...He's our Real Estate Agent - and one who has become a wonderful friend throughout the process of buying our first house.
He took us on (even though I suspect our budget was lower than he's used to!) and made our journey from Searching to Close of Escrow an absolute joy.
He's friendly, Honest to a Fault, and if you can get him as your Agent you'll be as lucky as we were.More Less
Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $775K in Santa Monica, CA.
My boyfriend and I recently bought our first house in Santa Monica and the experience was good one, with Jeff being a major contributing factor to that.
Before meeting him through a Zillow posting we had met a number of underwhelming agents. From our first meeting Jeff stood out from the pack. He was at once both laid back and incredibly responsive. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and was always patient and happy to answer our (sometimes odd hour) questions. He was also proactive in ensuring that we were always on top of (if not ahead of) each step in the buying process.
In the end, for us, selecting an agent comes down to trust and Jeff has earned ours. We fully intend to use his services again when the time comes to sell/buy our next place.
