IF THE 49ers LOOSE, SHOULD I SELL MY HOUSE? LOL - not really but once the season is done, and when the 49ers don't make the post season, Northern California real estate market wakes up the very next weekend in my experience.... so be ready!..... Call/text/email me for a current market analysis... Lets check the values against the current market.... forget the computer estimates, the market has moved too far too fast. I have made my sellers 20-35% more money this year vs automated value models.

LAND & CUSTOM HOMES
As the market recovers, lot prices are racing back up...land value is the underlying value of all real estate, aka "location, location, location".... the primary reason a home's price per foot value may be $100 more in East Sacramento vs 10 minutes further out is proximity and location... NOT quality of construction.

Over the several months I spent searching for a home, Jeff was very supportive, responsive, knowledgeable, and positive. I was not an easy client (made many offers, counter-offers, and even canceled a couple due to findings), but he patiently continued to show me homes, discuss market trends, make offer recommendations, and finally helped me to be patient when I couldn't find anything I really liked. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in East Sacramento, Sacramento, CA.

Jeff is an exceptional agent with great people's skill and thorough knowledge of the market. I bought my first home with his immense help and he patiently answered every question I had (trust me I had many) or help me find the right answer. He replies to emails sharply and even helped me with comparables for my parents' house. The experience of buying your first home is daunting (or was for me at least) but Jeff was there to explain the process, offer his useful input and execute his job beautifully. Jeff makes it a point to only show you properties that fit your preferences and criteria. He also knows a lot about houses and buildings and can point out flaws or imperfections that might easily escape your untrained eye. I wouldn't hesitate one second before giving him a call for my next real estate purchase.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Sacramento, CA.

Jeff Grenz was totally responsive to a cold call from me and one week later my house was sold for a very fair price. I would recommend Jeff highly if you want a hard working, responsive person in your corner.
