Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Olympic Hills, Seattle, WA.
Jeff was the perfect guy to have walking us through the home buying process. As we toured house after house he was great about sharing his wealth of knowledge and expertise about different aspects of a home but without being pushy. He really allowed us to form our own opinion about a home but was there for guidance and questions along the way. Another thing we so appreciated about Jeff was that he was so accommodating and patient with our house hunting process! When house after house wasn't quite right for our picky standards he was great to continue the search with the same zeal he started with on the first house we saw. We would call him to ask about looking at more homes and if he didn't answer he would call us back within minutes and find time in his schedule to show us more homes. He truly cared about finding a match for us that would make us feel completely at home, and we can't thank him enough for that. If you want a knowledgeable, patient, accommodating real estate agent, look no further!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Bothell, WA.
In the middle of June 2012 I set out to buy a house with my husband because the housing market was more affordable at that time. I am a 23 year old first time homebuyer and had no experience with hiring agents or searching for homes. I had read a couple of chapters from a book and that was all.
I had met with two other real estate agents before meeting Jeff. Needless to say he was far more knowledgable about qualities important to look for in a home, and how to negotiate and speak on your behalf to the selling agents. We were searching for a new home under $250k with 3 bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms, preferably with a 2 car garage.
We found exactly that, brand new construction, just a little outside Seattle in the Bothell area that had been built this year, with a large extra room to spare, and inside a col-de-sac neighborhood. He successfully recommended homes we were interested in, toured them with us, offered us possible mortgage lenders, and met with us on our own time to go over proposals and counter-offers. We closed the deal at the end of August and are all moved in now.
Jeff was always on time, friendly, professional, and in general a very reliable and trustworthy guy. We got the home that we wanted and in the time frame we requested so that we had no extra rent to pay in our apartment upon moving out, but still had a month to move into the new house.
It was a very seamless transition, and I have already recommended Jeff to friends. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in this area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Snoqualmie, WA.
Thanks to Jeff, I am writing this review as a first time homeowner. When my husband and I began the process of looking for our first home, we did so independently in order to get a good feel for what we actually wanted. Within a week though (and despite our best organizational efforts), we were exhausted, confused, and bickering about broader aspects that we had agreed upon a week prior. Then, by sheer luck, we met Jeff. After a couple of showings and discussions, we felt confident that he understood what we wanted and would be able to make sense of our (often contradictory) likes and dislikes. And he did. We could not have wished for a more experienced, professional, hard-working, and forthright person to guide us through the process.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2011 in Snoqualmie, WA.
Jeff did a great job helping us buy our first home. We had some confusion during the process, but he was always willing and able to help exlain the different parts of buying a house that we hadn't experienced before. He was able to find us plenty of houses that were in the area and price range we wanted, and showing us several different types of houses to help us narrow down what we wanted. We eventually ended up with a great house at a great price thanks to Jeff's help! Great to work with!

Bought a home in 2008.
Jeff helped my family to find the perfect home. He gave as much of his time as we needed and was always available to house hunt when it was convenient for us. He is very proffessional in his dealings, and handles his business in an ethical manner. If you want a true proffessional and someone who is passionate about helping people find the perfect home, then Jeff is the guy! Thank you Jeff for all your hard work.

Bought a home in 2009.
We bought a house through Jeff from a seller who was selling without an agent. This meant that Jeff had to operate on our behalf as well as perform a lot of hand-holding for the sellers, as they were clueless. If he hadn't stepped in, this deal would have dragged on for months, which would have been a big PITA. Jeff is very knowledgeable and experienced which helped alleviate stress levels and ensured that this deal closed in a timely fashion.
I am a big fan of Jeff's and recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying or selling real estate.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $450K in Auburn, WA.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Bremerton, WA.
As a first time home buyer Jeff helped me find a home in 2009 and I was very happy working with him. He is a super nice, honest guy for one as well as very professional and knowledgable in the world of buying/selling homes. He helped me get the best deal I could by playing tough when needed.
