I am Jeff Prescott and my full-time licensed assistant is Doug Oakey. I have over 23 years of experience and work hard to stay informed on current issues that impact buying or selling property.
One significant issue in today's market is homeowners needing to sell their home and owe more in their mortgage than they'll receive in a sale. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDEP). This extensive education allows me to help someone in the difficult position facing a short-sale. Making moves as soon as possible is important - timing can have a big impact.
I have a lot of experience with remodeling older homes and making them compatible with our planet. I have designation as a Green Realtor with information on cost effective way to sustainably remodel or build new and take advantage of energy efficiencies.
I am confident we will get through this time that is difficult for many of us.
