Jeff is great! His knowledge of the market and guidance in writing an offer helped us win the contract on the first property we made an offer on. He also worked hard for us through the entire purchase process which hit a few snags along the way.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Martinez, CA.
Jeff was absolutely fantastic through each and every step of the home buying process. My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and Jeff taught us so much about the process and provided so much assistance. Jeff is very kind and he was willing to stay up late on the phone with my wife and myself talking through how to write up the offer on our home and answer all of our questions.
My wife and I had to perform work on our home right after the close of escrow, and we could not meet up with the contractor. Jeff was there - without hesitation - in our place! We highly recommend Jeff!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $875K in Claremont, Berkeley, CA.
While living overseas & searching the internet for a Bay Area home, I was fortunate enough to stumble on Jeff's website. At my request, Jeff visited houses for me and we exchanged information on properties for about a year. Finally, we found the right one.
Jeff knew my needs and wants and confirmed that this property would be a perfect fit for me. Jeff made himself available to show the house multiple times to friends who were helping me with this purchase. He did extensive research and presented me with all the facts, highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of this property and the neighborhood. He utilized a deep network of providers to conduct inspections & give me bids. He did a great job overcoming the real risks and challenges of purchasing from afar, sight unseen, by sending pictures, videos, communicating honestly (and almost daily), and conveying all the facts. Thanks to Jeff's guidance & expertise, I must say the purchase process was remarkably smooth.
I highly recommend Jeff as an excellent Realtor for any East Bay Area purchase or sale and will definitely contact him again in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Sequoyah, Oakland, CA.
After searching for a place to call home an agent to show me the areas, I was very lucky and pleased to find Jeff Weissman. Being a first time home buyer, Jeff reassured me that he would be there through every step of the process and even has gone above and beyond to guide me after the house purchase. Escrow went smoothly, Jeff was on my side at all times and very knowledgable about how to go about negotiations. He took the time to explain every detail and even inspect the property multiple times with me during our "free" time. Definitely would give Jeff an A+++ and recommend him to friends and family in the future. When I look for that next home, Jeff will be my go to guy. Thanks Jeff for all the hard work, it's more than appreciated!

Bought a home in 2012.
We were having a hard time finding a livable house in the areas we want to live in (close to work) and within our price range. When we found our home on Redfin, we contacted Jeff and he showed the house to us by 5pm that same day :) He answered all our questions through out the home buying process (and we had numerous questions being first time home buyers). Jeff is a professional and wonderful to work with. Most importantly, he took the stress off of us and handled everything smoothly and efficiently.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Redwood Heights, Oakland, CA.
My husband and I met with Jeff around April, looking to move back to the East Bay. We brought our son (14 months old at the time) to our meeting and most of our house visits; I was truly impressed with Jeff's ability to deal with us, our son, our requests, etc.
We would search online for the houses that seemed good options for us and Jeff would come back to us with enough information from each place to make our search easier and more successful. Jeff would sit with us and discuss our pros and cons various times. I remember sitting at this house, talking over our startegy to be able to make our offer more attractive in the current "real state world", where houses are getting at leat 10 offers.
We had an amazing experience working with Jeff. This is the second time we buy in the East Bay and I only wish we had met him in 2007 when we were looking for our first home.

WE REALLY PICKED A WINNER WITH JEFF WEISSMAN HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND WAS VERY PROMPT IN HANDLING EVERYTHING FOR US THAT WAS NEEDED ON THE SALE OF OUR PARENTS HOME ,. WE COULDNT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER IT SOLD IN 8 DAYS AND WAS SOLD FOR MORE THAT WE ANTISAPITED ............
