I happened across Jeff because his website had the best search engine to send me listings of houses which meet my criteria. He has been great to work with - sheduling showings immediately. In the last 48 hours, he has shown us a house and helped us make an offer in a very compressed timeframe. He was understanding, patient, willing to do anything I asked of him, helpful with suggestions and advice, and maintained great humor throughout. Even when we didn't have our offer accepted, he continued to make efforts on our behalf and continues to give great advice on what we can differently in the future. I have enjoyed working with him and recommend him for someone who will call you back, do his homework, and try very hard to help you be successful.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Columbia, MD.
Exceptional agent!!!!!!! I count it a blessing and a joy to have had Jeff as my real estate agent. My property was under contract in less than one week from the listing date. I credit the QUICK sell of the property to Jeff’s extreme knowledge in guiding me through the necessary steps needed to prepare the inside of the house and the surrounding grounds for prospective buyers. I always felt my property was in good hands because Jeff has a very personable, caring, and comfortable way about him. He always returned my calls in a very timely manner and never once did he make me feel that my concerns were not important and while discussing issues with him I always felt that I had 100% of his attention. THANK YOU JEFF FOR THE OUTSTANDING JOB YOU DID and FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP DURING THIS PROCESS!!!!!!

Bought a home in 2010.
Jeff was recommended to me by friends who bought their house with his expert help and advice. He was extremely helpful, patient and proactive in helping me find and purchase my first home, often working weekends and evenings to accommodate my hectic schedule. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and explained the process from A to Z and beyond on several occasions. This was much appreciated as a first time home buyer. He is definitely my go-to guy for this type of stuff now. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for a realtor, in fact, I carry a bunch of his business cards in my purse for just that purpose.

I generally link realtors with car salesman and I try to stay away from them. NOT so with Jeff Wheatley. I have worked with Jeff for over a year now. I am relocating to Maryland from Ohio. From the first moment I met him I felt as if I had known him for years. He is genuine and really cares about what he is doing. It was obvious to me from the start that he would not leave me hanging. I have found him to be truthful, honest, and very knowledgeable about the homes we were looking at. The man does his homework. Being a woman, I am always skeptical about working with a salesman. Jeff does not just "sell" a house for the sake of selling, he matches the house to the person's need. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Jeff as their agent, can be assured that they will be working with a person who cares about you and what you need. Honestly, I wish more people were like Jeff.
