Bought a home in 2014.
We recently relocated back to Phoenix. Jeff Barchi really simplified the process by helping us narrow down online what we wanted weeks before our move. And because he took the time to really learn our preferences, he was able to provide us with great (and much needed) feedback. When we arrived and started touring houses, he was extremely helpful, sometimes pointing out things we just wouldn't have thought of. He's a pleasure to work with, takes his time with you to learn your preferences, and is patient as you tour each home.

The best part is, because he really knows the market in the Phoenix area, he was able to put in a carefully crafted winning offer for our home. There were other bids on the home, and while my initial inclination was just to offer big, instead he created a finely tuned winning bid but still within budget. We now have a fabulous home in a great community! My in-laws are so impressed with him that he will be their Realtor when they move to Phoenix. Definitely recommend him!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Glendale, AZ.
Jeff was instrumental in the house we bought. He really did listen to our wants and needs and was a great guidance to us as we were from out of state. He is sincere and honest and all around a joy to work with. I would recommend him to friends, family, or any acquaintance without hesitation. He really did have our best interests at heart, and one totally understands he is not just great at his job, but he enjoys it as well. We will be calling him for any future endeavors.

Bought a home in 2014.
Growing up, I often tagged along with my dad as he worked as a Realtor and later on, as a salesperson for a large new home builder; and for over five years, I worked as a part-time sales assistant for this same company. Therefore, I am quite familiar with the world of real estate and can unequivocally say that Jeff Barchi is one of the best Realtors out there.

There were multiple bids on the house we fell in love with and Jeff's creative offer landed us the perfect home for our family. As cliche as it sounds, we are in our dream home because of him. He walked us through every step of the home buying process and even gave us some pointers on caring for our new home.

He was always available if we had questions and was so pleasant and easy to work with. Now that we are in our new home, Jeff has checked in with us to see if we need anything and at our request, has provided us with names of companies and individuals who can help us with future additions to our house. We can't say enough good things about working with him and highly recommend Jeff!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Chandler, AZ.
I recently worked with Jeff to sell my home and buy a new smaller one and couldn't be more satisfied. Jeff is very conscientious and works really hard to find the win-win for both parties. He is an expert in this market and can be counted to get you his best effort and his best effort is fantastic. I am extremely satisfied both with the smooth sale of my house and purchasing the new one. We were able to do back to back closings which took about 20 minutes total time. If you are thinking about doing something in real estate, buy or sell I definitely recommend you contact Jeff. You will be happy you did

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.
My wife and I were looking for the perfect home in Scottsdale. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable on the area and the real estate market in general. It was very refreshing knowing we were in great hands throughout the entire process. Jeff always took the time to explain anything we did not understand and his professional insight was very much appreciated. We have found our Realtor for life and we would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. Jeff is a 5 star Realtor, no doubt! In the end, he helped us find our perfect home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Camelback East, Phoenix, AZ.
As a first-time homeowner I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Jeff was there every step of the way, returning emails and phone calls promptly, answering the millions of questions I had. He also gave great referrals when it came to a lender and home inspector. I was given amazing service by thorough and professional people. What I especially appreciated is that he is very attentive and makes every effort to accommodate your schedule. You can also tell right off the bat that he LOVES his job, he's extremely knowledgeable and tells you straight up how everything is. There are A LOT more examples I could give to show how amazing and thoughtful Jeff is. So if you're looking to buy or sell property and you want someone who will look out for your best interests Jeff is the guy to call!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Peoria, AZ.
Our last house sale was not a good experience, so when my parents moved into an assisted living facility, we were cautious in choosing the right real estate agent to sell their house. We certainly found that in Jeff Barchi, who deserves more than five stars for the wonderful job he did. Jeff is an outstanding professional who worked tirelessly to ensure that our sale was successful. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and stays up to date on current trends. His advice on sale and appraisal numbers was extremely accurate.

Before placing our house on the market, Jeff was methodical in providing tips for improvements - mostly inexpensive and easy repairs. He spent a great deal of time taking photos of the home from every angle. But what really impressed us were the enthusiastic and creative property descriptions he posted online for prospective buyers.

Jeff stayed in frequent communication and followed up on all details, often remembering small things I forgot. He was never too busy to answer questions or help us in any way possible, which made us feel like we were his only clients. Whenever a problem arose Jeff was there to help, and he quickly and successfully responded to every issue.

Jeff is a dedicated, personable, hard-working professional that cares about his clients, as we discovered in negotiating our home sale. His expertise and dedication to representing our interests was exceptional, and we could not have asked for a better advocate. He is patient, energetic, and fun to work with. Because of Jeff’s skill and hard work, my parents’ home sold quickly at near listing price. Jeff definitely earned our trust and confidence from the first day, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Bought a home in 2013.
When looking for my first home in the valley I stumbled across Jeff asking for information on one of his listings. That listing being already under contract he offered to show us several other homes in the area. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Based on that first meeting I instantly knew that he would fight for my interests and would help me find the home I've always wanted. He made the house hunt personal, organized and surprising fun. I closed this month on the perfect house, perfect location at a price lower than I could have hoped. I could not recommend him more. If/when I intend to sell and buy again in the valley he will be the first person I call.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in North Mountain, Phoenix, AZ.
As a first time home buyer, I cannot express how absolutely competent, driven, efficient, and funny Jeff is as a realtor, and as a person. Jeff didn't just become my realtor, he became a trusted friend. I didn't house hunt, Jeff and I house hunted together; from beginning to end, he made the process truly feel like a team effort. A team effort that resulted in getting THE house I was looking to buy.

Competent: Again, as a first time home buyer with a very busy schedule and little time off from work, I had no knowledge about how buying a house worked, or what I needed to know. With Jeff, no problem. He had the knowledge and patiently answered all of my questions, not matter how mundane, no matter how obvious the answer may have been, and most certainly answered many questions twice! without making me embarrassed to have not remembered!

Driven: Jeff didn't just expend a lot of energy to hunt down great home, he expended inordinate amounts of energy to hunt down The Home of which I dreamed - dream accomplished, and on my budget. Despite the fact that the housing inventory was low during the time I was hunting and that my specific set of desires were unlikely to be met on my budget, Jeff spent five months on the case. Not once did I feel that he was ever impatient with the length of time or number of houses I requested to see in Phoenix (it was a lot). When I grew impatient and was getting ready to settle for second or even third-best, which probably would have been very convenient for Jeff, he kept from giving in to the urge to "just get it done." And I am so grateful that he is that type of guy, if he wasn't, then I do not doubt that I would not currently be typing this review from a very beautiful porch in my beautiful backyard.

Moreover, when we finally found the house, there some minor hiccups along the road to closing On time (through no fault of Jeff's), but, for Jeff, there was no problem at all. He was like a closing drill instructor. He got all the non-marching together parts to synch up and dance the closing dance like a Russian ballet. Truly amazing.

Efficient: Jeff never wasted my time, which is the most valuable thing, of which I had so little to give during the six months we hunted homes. His communication skills are beyond excellent. He almost always picked up the phone when I called (day or night), or, at the least returned them on the same day. He also didn't pull his punches when speaking with me, he was forthright and frank at all times, and when he thought I was making a mistake or should reconsider my thoughts, he didn't hesitate to say so in an always artful and clever manner.

Moreover, once we understood the what type of house I was truly looking for, he never wasted my time suggesting things he knew I wouldn't like. And on the few occasions where I found a house that I was interested in that he hadn't shown me, he could (like magic) figure out what house I was asking about (without looking it up), and explain why I liked it, but more importantly exactly why I would have not been interested on a closer inspection, and why we shouldn't waste our time seeing it in person. He was NEVER wrong. Which, again, says how much Jeff was interested in finding me a home I wanted, and not just a home that would do OK.

Funny: Really, Jeff is fun to be around and funny. You'll have to retain his excellent services to find out for yourself. Even on the bad days, where I was stressed or was over-burdened by work, Jeff made house hunting a funny adventure and always had me smiling.

Jeff Barchi is a superb realtor and person. I cannot recommend him enough, and when I get a chance, I always drop his name because I have no reservations about providing referrals to him.
