Condition- At your request we can provide a "Property Enhancement Checklist". Whether you list with us or sell it on your own, this is a free service and very valuable. We can deliver the checklist, Walk through, and make recommendations for things you should or should not do to enhance show-ability of your home. Another valuable service you may need is home staging. On select properties this service is a part of our listing.
Marketing- There are many things to consider when marketing your home. Once again, contact us anytime to pick our minds on what would be the best ways to market your home. Our Marketing plan is heavily focused on internet advertising. 81% of home buyers start their search online, so it is crucial that your listing be on every available website. We are on 270+ websites, but place most of our extra advertising on Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. Our online tools allow us to track how much exposure our listings are getting. We will use this information to determine what to do with the price or our marketing efforts.
