Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Fountain, CO.
My realtor worked very hard for me, we looked at 8 to 10 houses a day. He knew what I was looking for by asking me before hand and narrowing down our choices. Nick answered all my calls and text messages. He also had the owners pay all closing cost and was there for all signing. If there was any problems he took care of them and kept me updated. They work with a great loan office, Pam Childs. Nick worked with me for almost a whole year and was patient as well as honest and understanding. He also handled my kids great, all 4 of them went with us to view each home. I recommend this team to everyone I meet. I look forward to working with him again, because as an ARMY family we are constantly growing and may plan to stay in CO so we want some land!!!…More Less

Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I purchased a home through the Jeff Ryder Team while stationed in Southu Korea. Our realtor was very helpful and worked with us across the many miles! He helped us find the right home and the right neighborhood for our family as schools were a big priority for us. Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 in Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.
Jeff Johnson of the Ryder team was my Real Estate Agent. He is a true professional. Jeff would be better described as a facilitator rather than a sales person. When I was looking for my home, I explained to Jeff what my needs were. I already had a list of homes I was interested in. Jeff added to my list, and provided me with information about the areas the homes were in. In the end, Jeff did not push any property on me.
