I have been fortunate to have worked with Jeff Tomlinson on several real estate transactions. He is an excellent realtor and makes sure that entire transaction runs smoothly; from showing the property, to sales contract following every detail through the closing. Jeff cares about both the buyer and seller, assisting with each side of the transaction in every way he can.

Jeff and I became close friends after the first deal we did together over 15 years ago.

Jeff came recommended by a fellow Canadian friend back in early 2005. I was looking to purchase a home on Miami waterfront. Jeff was an expert in such areas such as Easter shores, Keystone, Sans Souci,... and helped me buy a house in Eastern Shores. Subsequently, I bought and sold a second property in Sans Souci. Jeff both found it and sold it for me, again a very positive experience..Thanks Jeff
