Why do most people start their own company? For many, like me, it was to fill a necessary need or niche. When I started in the industry almost 20 years ago, I witnessed horrible customer service and unnecessary greed, not to mention a sheer lack of basic professionalism and honest representation.
So, after facilitating 1000's of closings for law firms, brokerages and mortgage companies across New England, I created a company that would offer today's consumers what they desperately needed - simple, cost-saving products and honest, transparent services complimented by good, old-fashioned, unyielding customer service. Lastly, we join old-school professionalism with 22nd century web-based technology to not only save our clients $1,000's, but also save them precious time - something certainly better spent with family.
What am I most proud of? Both our 95% client satisfaction rating as well as my professional, customer-dedicated staff and seasoned vendors who obviously "just get it" - the client not only comes first, but is always right. You see, while market experience and education is essentially important it can never compete with simple professionalism, courtesy and honesty - traits that simply can not be taught or learned. In fact, each and every person that works for me and every vendor that we employ must meet my own personal standards - the absolute highest in any industry.
After all, true customer service comes from just loving what you do.
