Paid just over $2000 for closing costs and worth every penny!! Ended up shaving $450 per month of my mortgage thanks to Jeff which included an amazing rate and the elimination of PMI. I've already passed on his name to another couple and won't hesitate one second to pass it on to anyone / everyone I know!!

Jeffrey was great to work with.

He assisted us refinancing our home. The process went very well even with a couple setbacks like the appraisal and PMI. His online system, attention to detail, and outstanding commitment to service make Jeffrey a level above every other lender I have ever worked with.
Jeffrey worked to get us the best rate available, and he beat every other estimate we got both online and from local banks. He also makes sure that his estimates stay on point all the way through closing.
I've already recommended him to my family and I recommend him to everyone out there reading this.

You won't find a more trustworthy lender. If every lender was like Jeffrey, our economy would be in a better place.

We had a great experience with with Jeff and Real Solutions, and have already recommended them to friends and family. My husband is a very skeptical guy, especially when it comes to the internet, so when I told him that the whole process was online he was sure I had made a terrible mistake and that Jeff ("if that's even his real NAME!") was probably just out to get us. Well, Jeff sure proved him wrong! He came out to our house personally at the closing just to ease my husband's fears, and believe it or not, ended up entertaining my three year old son for an hour so we could sign our documents! Thanks Jeff, and Carol for the great job!

I was initially attracted to Real Solutions when they offered the best combination of rate and fees. I work at a financial institution and their rates were generally 0.375%-0.50% better with comparable fees. Jeff and Carol were excellent to work with. Their response time was generally very quick (within 15 minutes), and at worst within the same day, and they were always on top of everything that was needed. The website was easy to use and I liked the convenience of uploading documents to the site. Overall, I would recommend.

Jeff Chalmers was a pleasure to work with. I have never had such a good experience refinancing. Not only was his pricing the best, but his attention to the details of my loan were exceptional. His online services are amazing and I was able to track when he recieved my documents and always knew what he needed from me. I could check rates everyday off the click n close website that I knew were current. HIs approach to this business was refreshing in that he was so honest and upfront. HIs success is based mostly on referrals which means your track record has to be good. I am recommending him to my family members. I am a professional woman who does not have alot of time and this company was the easiest and most stressfree experience. THis is a no brainer! He even beat out my friends prices who is in the business!!

Jeff did a great job in helping us re-finance our loan down 1.5% from our original mortgage. The closing costs were much lower than what other competitors were offering. Plus the actual closing costs came in lower than our original Good Faith Estimate. The electronic form uploads and downloads were very convenient and helped us track the progress of our application, approval, and closing. We've already recommended Jeff to a few of our friends!

Jeff was instrumental in helping close our loan. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a home loan or a refinance of an existing loan. He was highly professional to deal with. He was able to answer all the questions we had and provide sound advice with regard to our situation. The system he developed kept us informed on our loan status throughout the process. It also allowed us to submit the required paperwork by fax and online which made the whole process very convenient. We were so happy with the service he provided us that we are in the process of refinancing our existing loan with him. The process this second time around is even easier than before and I have already recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues.

Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with. He returned my calls quickly and spent considerable time explaining the refi process and his costs. I actually felt like I was his only customer! His closing costs are extremely low compared to others, so you'll save a lot of time if you start with a quote from Jeffrey.
