Very responsive, great e-mail replies. The Real Solutions website is very well done and definitely needs to be looked at if you are pursuing a mortgage. I am still looking around but this is a top choice so far.

Jeff got us a great rate but thats not the whole story. Our situation became quite complicated because we were actually getting two mortgages; one to refinance our existing home and another to purchase a second home at the same time. Jeff coached us on how to best do this and made the whole process simple. I have to say I was a bit uptight due to the current economic environment but Jeff was reassuring and always willing to talk with me, even on the weekends. Both mortgages came through without a hitch. I would absolutely go back to Jeff and have recommended him to my friends and family.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the refinancing package that was put together by Jeff and his staff at Real Solutions LLC. His customer service is second to none that we have encountered in twenty years of home ownership. He responds almost immediately to all questions and concerns and is able to simplify the sometimes confusing mortgage process. The entire process from application to closing took just about two weeks. We were updated daily on the status of our application. Although we didn't close a loan, it wasn't due to a lack of effort and support from Jeff. Jeff went above and beyond anyone else we spoke with about refinancing our current mortgage. He was very helpful and explained throughly all options available or not available to us based on our situation. Using the gotomeeting sight helped us look at where we can save money, if we were eligible, and taught us a lot about the mortgage process. I would definitely recommend using Jeff for your mortgage needs. He went above and beyond the call of duty!

I didn't end up going with Jeff so I don't have much in-depth information, but he was extremely prompt on his email replies, seemed to have a good personality, and was up for discussing options. No complaints here.

I just closed a refinance loan with Jeff's help at a great rate. He was quite impressive in various dimensions. First, he keeps his word and promises even though the primary lender (bank) may not initially agree with those. Second, he spends time with his client to help, and makes himself available. He was very responsive anytime during the day and evening. Third, there were no big surprises: he kept me updated about the status of application and necessary documentation through emails and a great electronic interface to view/upload needed documents. He knew what he was talking about, and was very assuring. Finally, Jeff is a very pleasant person to talk to and work with. There were some minor wrinkles to go through during the process, but he responded to them quite constructively. So, I have been quite happy about the whole process and have been recommending him to my friends.
