We had the opportunity to be Jeff's first listing as a new agent and while we were initially a little apprehensive based on a formal lack of experience, we knew we could count on Childers realty in general if we needed back-up. What impressed me right away was Jeff's grasp on his profession and use of technologies to aid in the listing and marketing process. Jeff also has the benefit of growing up in the area itself with a family in the business and that shows through as a big positive in his work. He not only got our house sold, but we also then completed another purchase with him and have recommended him already several times to satisfied customers. He also did a good job recommending very good people for all aspects in our new beach home design and building process. While I didn't rate every trait as a perfect 5 of 5 (two were 4 out of 5), it is not for any weaknesses in these areas other than not being fully experienced over many years and I also have relatively high standards.
