Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Chelsea, MA.
My girlfriend and I met Jeff at an open house for a loft where he was the listing agent. At the time, we did not have a buyer's agent representing us. Jeff was professional, kind and seemed to have a great grasp of the East Boston and Chelsea areas and more specifically their loft markets. The day we met him at his open house, Jeff was nice enough and resourceful enough to show us another loft he felt was better suited to our wants. Jeff nailed it and before we knew it, he was guiding us through an offer process. Not surprisingly, in this market, we found ourselves in a bidding war and Jeff helped us navigate and come out with a high bid that was still 5 digits under asking price. Jeff's responsiveness is amazing. I needed a lot of handholding and Jeff was there for me every step of the way. He also went above and beyond the call of duty of a normal realtor on several occasions. A few examples- he was able to find me a contractor to do some work on the place the same day I decided to do it!(closing day); he put up some of his own commission to make the deal happen to close a rather significant gap between offer and final asking price; he took calls from me at all hours (as early as 6:30am and as late as midnight) and also even took calls before, during and after minor surgery on one of the days leading up to the offer acceptance. I could go on and on, but in short, Jeffrey Bowen is a resourceful, exceptionally attentive real estate professional that knows his market extremely well and takes pride in exceeding his clients' expectations.
