Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Douglassville, PA.
Jeff Hogue took the time from day one to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions out of sheer courtesy. His expertise allowed us to hunt for only what we were most interested in and got us results quickly. Jeff was Respectful and fun. He always took time to show us important areas to keep in mind when in a "Walk through" to further educate. When we were in the offer process, he explained all the options in depth to allow us to make the best move. We ended our hunt with the GREATEST final price imaginable AND a house, we are excited about raising our two small sons in. Jeff Hogue was there the entire process! Looking back, we would not have wanted to go through this journey with anyone else. Vote for Jeff Hogue! You won't be disappointed!

Sold a home in 2006.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Wyomissing, PA.
As a Real estate broker in New Jersey for over 25 years I was in the position to choose a local Berks County, Pa. realtor to handle the sale of my parents home.
