Jenifer was extremely helpful through every step of the home-buying process. We were first time buyers, and Jenifer and her team were available with prompt answers to our numerous questions at what seemed like all hours. She took our preferences to heart before showing us properties, and has a construction background that provided bonus insight while viewing the properties. Even at closing, Jenifer provided helpful and reassuring advice on each document we signed. We would recommend her team to anyone!…More Less

My wife and I were exploring the possibilities of purchasing a home. It didn't look good for the area we wanted to be in. But Jenifer was able to do some research on a home and found a way for us to get qualified when others interested in the house couldn't qualify. A little extra effort by her helped us be in the house we are in today. Thank You!…More Less

SHE READS MINDS! Seriously, she knows what we want better than we do!. Jenifer Lower found our perfect home -- painlessly. We moved our family over 2000 miles to settle here. She got us a fantastic house with 4200 sq ft, amazing views, at a great price. Through all the process, we had no stress over finding and buying the house. She knows the whole area, including adjacent towns. Her office staff and associates are right-up-to-the minute on every account. They field problems and solve them before we even hear about them. We recommend her highly! We wouldn't even think of using another broker in the future.…More Less

About Jenifer Owens
Add personality to your profile! Tell the community about yourself, your home, and your profession.
I was raised in the Rocky Mountains and have always loved the outdoors, so the move to Montana nearly 15 years ago was a beautiful experience. I have always enjoyed interacting with people, and it is delightful to be able to share our wonderful community and vast number of activities with clients and friends. My three children and I have camped, fished, hiked, and played in the vast expanses of Montana and hope to continue doing so for many years to come.
At age 18 I started in the real estate industry as a property manager with more than 35 homes in my portfolio of rentals. I then attended Missouri Western State College to become a paralegal with the focus being Real Estate Law. After determining that 8 hours a day behind a desk was not something I was capable of, I turned to the building industry. I received my General Contractors license in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Montana and was on site building homes for the next 10 years. About 7 years ago I was injured on the job and could no longer build, but by then, real estate was my passion in some form or another. Becoming an agent was the next logical step.
I received my license to sell as an agent in the state of Montana nearly 8 years ago and have been pursuing that as passionately as I had been building homes. It is with sheer satisfaction that I match each individual with their dream home, whether it be their first or their last! I hope to continue to share my knowledge and experience with each of my clients throughout many years to come.
