Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Bozeman, MT.
Jenifer was extremely helpful through every step of the home-buying process. We were first time buyers, and Jenifer and her team were available with prompt answers to our numerous questions at what seemed like all hours. She took our preferences to heart before showing us properties, and has a construction background that provided bonus insight while viewing the properties. Even at closing, Jenifer provided helpful and reassuring advice on each document we signed. We would recommend her team to anyone!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Gallatin Gateway, MT.
My wife and I were exploring the possibilities of purchasing a home. It didn't look good for the area we wanted to be in. But Jenifer was able to do some research on a home and found a way for us to get qualified when others interested in the house couldn't qualify. A little extra effort by her helped us be in the house we are in today. Thank You!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Bozeman, MT.
SHE READS MINDS! Seriously, she knows what we want better than we do!. Jenifer Lower found our perfect home -- painlessly. We moved our family over 2000 miles to settle here. She got us a fantastic house with 4200 sq ft, amazing views, at a great price. Through all the process, we had no stress over finding and buying the house. She knows the whole area, including adjacent towns. Her office staff and associates are right-up-to-the minute on every account. They field problems and solve them before we even hear about them. We recommend her highly! We wouldn't even think of using another broker in the future.

Bought a home in 2010.
Jennifer was our agent from states away. She was our eyes and ears for the Bozeman area, we were in Houston, we purchased our townhouse sight unseen and were not only happy but estatic that it exceeded our expectations. It took almost a year for us to get everything together and Jennifer stood by us the whole time, made time to peek by places of intrest and contact sellers till we found a serious property. She worked with us during all hours of day and night, we got to know her fairly well and her to know us. She wasn't just our agent, she became our friend. highly recommend!!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Three Forks, MT.
We had the most complicated buying experience, and as first-time buyers, we got really nervous and needed a lot of hand-holding, Jenifer did that. She knew the programs we were using inside and out, she kept up the search for our new home and she never let the details overwhelm us. I would definitely recommend her to new homebuyers! We are thisclose to closing on a wonderful house that we wouldn't have thought we could get! In this process, she has really shown us the ins and outs of purchasing a home and when we're ready to move, she'll be our first call!

Sold a home in 2012.
I live in Miami and had property that was in Belgrade. I sent Jen an email and she responded quickly. My situation was very complicated as I was out of state, dealing with the death of my partner and having to do a short sale on a property I wasn't familiar with. Magically Jen, and her staff, took all the problems in stride and quickly made them their own and dealt with EVERYTHING!!!!
All I had to do was sign papers and that was it.
I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, hard work and persistence. Getting the weekly updates (even if there wasn't anything to report) made me feel special.
Jen and her team realised that the little things do mean a lot.
I cannot praise them enough and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wishing to buy/sell property in the bozeman area.

Bought a home in 2012.
I am a veteran and first time home buyer, Jenifer made the home buying process easier than I ever imagined. Jenifer found me a perfect new home quickly and helped me save thousands. Her home buyer advocacy is top notch, she communicated between the builder and I and got what I asked for. The initial offer and closing were an ease thanks to her, she cares for her clients. Knowledgable, kind, and professional.

Showed home in 2011 in Trident, Three Forks, MT 59752.
We have been working with Jenifer for over a year through this difficult housing market. She has been exhaustive in her efforts in finding a home that meets the needs of our family of six. We have made a couple of offers that have fallen through but not due to any fault or effort on Jenifer's part. During those offers, she was able to explain the process throughly and point us in the right direction to learn more about the home buying process. It appears that we will not be buying a home in Montana due to a job transfer. If we had stayed, I know without a doubt we were close to purchasing a home through Jenifer. We would highly recommend her. She is very friendly, courteous, and professional.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
I have been impressed with Jenifer's level of expertise, professionalism, marketing experience, friendliness, prompt response, and organization at every juncture of our interaction. We listed our condo through Bozeman Montana Real Estate and I felt like we were given the red carpet treatment, even though our property wasn't worth anywhere near as much as other properties in the area. I would highly recommend Jenifer and her entire team to anyone looking to sell their property. Although our home didn't sell and we are currently renting it out, we will call this team the next time we decide to put it on the market!

We had a great experience with Jenifer Owens. She helped us located a condo that we never would have looked at ourselves... and it worked out really well! She worked hard to get the job done for us, and has become a friend through the process as well. She knows the Bozeman area, and has been involved in construction and the housing market for many years.
