Sold a home in 2013.
We had a contract on our house in 3 days of having it on the market...THREE DAYS and AT our asking price!!! We met with several other sellers and left feeling so depressed as they wanted list our price way under market value in order to move it quickly. Jenifer did her research on homes in our area and priced our home perfectly. She works with a great house stager...listen to her and do everything she says it really helped sell our house. I also loved working with Jenifer's staff at Garcia Properties they answered my many questions and calmed my fears. My husband and I love that this is a family run business and is very professionally run. Jenifer is very gifted at marketing your house to the right kind of buyers and connecting with agents. We had over 100 people show up to our open house which is insane. When we are ready to buy we plan on using Garcia properties and we are already highly recommending them to our friends and family.

In this tough market, Jenifer's knowledge of South Saint Louis was invaluable. I had already moved out of state when I listed my house. She helped me find contractors for repairs as needed, find an insurance agent who could insure a vacant home, find someone to stage the home, etc. Her entire staff assisted me by reminding me when to shut off utilities (and provided me all of their phone numbers to save me time). This was my first home, so I had no idea what I needed to do in order to sell. They walked me through every step, and I would certainly recommend Garcia Properties to anyone in the Saint Louis area.

Matter of fact but with a lot of charm- that is how Jenifer sold our house. She provided an honest assessment of our house, suggested simple ways to ready it for showing, and then landed us a contract above asking price in 2 days time in what was supposed to be a "down market". She's extremely professional, and the best!

Jenifer knows south St. Louis City like no other and priced the house perfectly to sell. She met with us on multiple occasions and showed up prepared with comps and advice. The house was under contract within a week and the process was fairly painless!

I simply don't have enough space to write all the positive things about Jenifer that I would like to, or that would even begin to explain the gratitude I have for her efforts on my behalf. Always prompt, always available, and dedicated to doing everything in her power to make things happen. Jenifer has gone above and beyond during my whole listing/selling process, and she would come highly recommended by me to anyone that may inquire. The entire staff at Garcia Properties has been professional yet personable, something that is rare and overlooked. The one word I can think of that would sum up my experience and Jenifer overall? Awesome.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with Jenifer and Garcia Properties. I choose Jenifer as my agent because of her excellent knowledge of my south city neighborhood and because her houses' photos and flyers looked stellar online. She counseled me onthe perfect asking price. The professional photographer made my house look great. I sold my house on the first day of showings for asking price. Her team provided great support throughout the closing process. They really have the process down and were on top of everything that need to be done. Overall it was as close to perfect (and painless) as you can get for a house selling experience.

Jenifer Garcia was our agent to sell our house AND buy a new one. She was very attentive and helpful. She made the entire process seem easy. Every bump in the road we came to, she immediately stepped in and came up with a solution before they even turned into a problem. Our house was under contract within a matter of days! Even in a horrible market. My best advise for someone using her as your agent, DO WHATEVER SHE RECOMMENDS. She will price your house to sell fast, while keeping your best interest (profit) in mind. She will tell you how to stage your house to make it look attractive to the buyers out there. You can trust her, she is a pro! Literally, a professional real estate agent who is on your side the entire way through. We are so happy with Garcia Properties and Jenifer Garcia. The best of the best!
